G.E.A.R. Kicks Off Children's Mental Health Week 2010

Join G.E.A.R. Parent Network on May 3rd, 2010 to celebrate Children's Mental Health Week (May 2nd - 8th) with a breakfast kickoff tailgate at the Office of Child and Family Services (2 Anthony Avenue, Augusta).

The celebration starts at 9 am with coffee, donuts and bagels and will continue through 11 am.

At the kickoff, we will be handing out green ribbons for individuals to distribute. Green ribbons are warn in observance of children's mental health to bring awareness to the needs of children with emotional, behavioral, and social disabilities and their families across Maine.

So come to help spread the word of awareness and support the children and families in your community.
